Chizoba Nwoye

Dr. Chiz has over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas services sector. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng. A Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng) with the Association of Professional Engineers of Alberta, Canada. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and is COREN registered. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Oil and Gas Management and a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA).

Dr. Chiz experience in the oil and gas services sector is diversified and mostly in the areas of Field Services (Tools), Sales and Operations relating to Casing and Tubular Running, Liner Hanger Systems, Solid Expandables, Drilling With Casing, Cementing Products, Downhole Drilling Tools (SingleRun Mud Motors, Whipstocks – Casing Exits, Bridge Plugs, Navigators indexing tools, Bridgebuster reaming shoes, Casing Swivels, and Drill Pipe Swivels, Clean Up Tools, Friction Reduction Tools (Lo-Torques, Lo-Drags), Inflatable Packers, Swellable Packers, Toe Sleeves, Cement Retainers, and other Completion tools/ accessories. He also has experience with Land, Swamp, and Jack-Up Drilling Rigs having worked with Major Technical Partners in managing these rigs. The experience obtained over the years had helped Dr. Chiz successfully manage and deliver big projects with big Exploration and Production clients. Dr. Chiz also has experience consulting for various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) – helping find new markets in Canada and West Africa..

He has worked with various Local and Multinational companies in various Senior and Leadership roles. These companies include Ciscon Nigeria Limited, Weatherford Operations Nigeria, and Weatherford Canada Partnership. He also worked in Canada with Tercel Oilfield, TAM International, Kenkliv and most recently as the General Manager for Field Offshore Design Engineering (FODE). 

Dr. Chiz has attended many Technical and Leadership courses in Nigeria, South Africa, Scotland, United States, South Africa, Norway, and Canada. He helped set up the Weatherford Ghana Operations, worked and managed direct reports from different Multicultural backgrounds with success.

Dr. Chiz has key strengths in Field Operations, Sales, Business Analysis, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Leadership, and also excellent understanding of Profit and Loss (P & L) statements for management decision making.

Uchebuakwu Isiuwe

Uche isiuwe is an entrepreneur with a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, a Masters in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, UK and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, Canada. In addition to this, Uche has participated in many trainings in entrepreneurial and business management.  

She is a driven, self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in management, research, information management and training . She is an astute business person with a keen eye for numbers and profitability. Uche has more than 15 years cumulative experience running and managing businesses.
